About the role
We are growing quickly and have recently had a valued team member move on. That has opened up room for someone new to step in and help us keep the momentum going.
Your main purpose is simple: help us expand the business. You will be a helping hand across several parts of the agency, learning modern marketing from the inside while we support you every step of the way. There is a lot of learning built into this role, and plenty of room to take on more as you find your feet.
What you will do
Get to grips with paid social on Meta and TikTok, fully supported as you learn how campaigns are planned, launched and optimised.
Use AI tools to produce images and content that go live for real brands, building a strong eye for what good creative looks like.
Help keep our clients informed and our projects moving, learning how we build strong relationships along the way.
Pitch in wherever you are needed most. No two weeks look quite the same, and you will pick up a broad set of skills fast.
What we are looking for
You notice the small things and take real pride in getting them right.
You are curious, you ask good questions, and you pick up new tools quickly.
You write and speak clearly, and you keep the people around you in the loop.
Where this role goes
Learn the fundamentals of AI media buying and creative, with plenty of guidance and support.
Step into more responsibility as your skills and confidence build across the different parts of the business.
Start working directly with our clients, backed by the team as you build those relationships.
Grow into a full-time role and become a core part of where the agency goes next.
